These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrbet governing your use of the platform, your account, all financial transactions, promotional offers, gameplay, and dispute resolution procedures. The pkrbet platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. You may only deposit funds from financial accounts and instruments that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account not belonging to the registered pkrbet Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source.

pkrbet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where the Account is under review for compliance, fraud, or responsible gaming concerns, or where the withdrawal request relates to funds subject to active wagering requirements.
All transactions on pkrbet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrbet does not facilitate transactions in foreign currencies and will not process deposits or withdrawals that require currency conversion.

PSL, international cricket, UFC, and all other markets listed on pkrbet are subject to settlement based on official results from the relevant governing body. pkrbet reserves the right to void bets where markets were published in error, where official results are unavailable within a specified settlement period, or where integrity concerns affecting the relevant event have been identified by pkrbet or a relevant sporting body.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pkrbet platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling pkrbet to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold all balances pending investigation, and take any further action available at law:
All intellectual property rights in and to the pkrbet Platform, including but not limited to the pkrbet brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, promotional materials, and textual content, are and remain the exclusive property of pkrbet and/or its licensors. Game content available on the pkrbet Platform is licensed to pkrbet by third-party software providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbet's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkrbet shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data or gaming history; losses arising from Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure; or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
pkrbet makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely free from technical defects. pkrbet's obligation in the event of Platform unavailability is limited to using commercially reasonable efforts to restore availability within a reasonable timeframe.
pkrbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it determines, acting reasonably, that: the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; KYC or AML documentation requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable timeframe; or responsible gaming intervention is warranted under pkrbet's Responsible Gaming Policy.
Where an Account is suspended for investigation, pkrbet will communicate the reason for suspension to the Account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where immediate suspension is required to prevent ongoing harm to the Platform, other Players, or the Account holder themselves.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pkrbet support. Where a Player closes their Account, any remaining verified balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment channel within published processing timelines.
